I've been practicing yoga with Aishwarya for the last 3-4 months. She is one of the best yoga teachers I've come across so far. She is able to push me hard in the poses with lot of encouragement. Her class always feels very calm. She finishes her class many times with pranayama and that enhances the experience even more .. highly recommend her

I have tried many yoga teachers for my knee flexibility but only Aish's mentoring was worth. At this moment I can also do Padmasana very well. Thanks Aish! I love your classes and the meditation in the end. My family would also like to join with your yoga classes in the future.

I really like the traditional yoga style from Aishwarya. It has been 6 months since I practiced yoga with her. When I went to India, I have practiced Yoga in her Ashram. Since she is here in Munich, I am very lucky to have a traditional teacher from India. I have become more flexible and stronger than before.
