Über Mireylle
I’m Mireylle, originally from Peru, and yoga has been an important part of my personal journey for many years. With over 5 years of international teaching experience and 700 hours of yoga training, I love sharing a practice that goes beyond physical movement. I believe yoga can help us become more present, understand our bodies, and develop a deeper connection with ourselves. I also enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and creating a space where everyone can feel comfortable, supported, and welcome.

We'll begin with breathing exercises and meditation while I chant mantras. Then we'll warm up the body for the personalized class and proceed with the postures, always seeking small challenges to motivate us and awaken our curiosity. Afterward, we'll move on to stretches to integrate all the work done, relax, enter savasana and end the class chanting OM with a Tibetan singing bowl to raise the energy of the session. Each session promotes emotional release, mental clarity, and renewed energy, helping you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself after each practice.
