I spent a lot of time not being sure what I wanted to do and if I was good enough to do anything of any interest beforeI started to feel secure in myself and my abilities.
I was able to help many of my MBA cohorts during our studies and am aware that my particular style of tutoring / coaching "clicks" with many people. I believe strongly that helping others to understand ideas and concepts helps me to deepen my own understand and this enjoy tutoring immensely.

With a recent MBA and a deep understanding of systems thinking concepts (I am currently workinga dissertation for an MSc. in Systems Thinking in Practice, I offer a unique perspective on all MBA subjects.
I am a native English speaker, have 20 years of management experience in SMEs, start-ups and large multinationals but my management knowledge is fresh and contemporary.
I also have over 20 years of sports coaching which honed my knowledge transmission skills in a relaxed but structured manner.
I am described as open, honest, humorous and thought-provoking manner.
I regard tutoring as a two-way process where we both okay a part in the learning process.
