(I don't work without payment, but read on.)

PRICES AND CONDITIONS

• 2× €10 = €20 (a one time trial package, a “test offer”)
• 2 lessons AFTER bank transfer for testing cheap
• 1 lesson = 45 minutes
• Continuation ONLY with package booking
• An advance payment is always required
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours beforehand
• A no-show student loses the lesson, but it can be “saved”

* Home visit depends on my current location, as I also work as an interpreter.

WEEKEND AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY LESSONS

• Only for VIP clients (agreed in writing)
• Must be booked in pairs (2× 45m at one go)
• Not cancellable (fully lost when no-show or declined)

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
(The compensation conditions on this page do not apply with me either; please continue reading.)

Basic rule: Anyone who does not attend loses the entire lesson, but if wishes to save it, may reschedule it for a fee.
• Rescheduling more than 48 hours beforehand: €0
• Rescheduling between 24 and 48 hours beforehand: €10
• Rescheduling between 0 and 24 hours beforehand: €20
• Rescheduling in case of “no show” (forgotten lesson): €30

Rescheduling fees are deducted from the package credit and reduce the remaining units. If the parent does not transfer the required rescheduling fees and the package is therefore not fully replenished, fewer lessons will be provided accordingly. The remaining “Euro balance” (partial lesson price) will be credited to the next package.
