I believe that the best method for teaching is a combination of direct teaching and partial independent practice. Depending on what area of the language we focus on during the lesson, I will for example come prepared with a worksheet with the grammatical rule and exercises. With this, we will go over the grammatical rules and I will provide some time for the student to practice the new concept. We will then go over their work, and verify that the concept is understood. For extra practice I will create some homework (in small quantities), for revision. In the next lesson we will spend approximately 10 minutes revising the concept, and then move on.
What makes me stand out compared to some other tutors is that I can be adaptable and I am engaging. I am a good listener and will always try my best to help you understand a certain topic that you might struggle with. I am adaptable in the way that I do not always have to teach new material, but also will gladly help you with revising for a test or go back to topics already covered.
My lessons will directed towards students between the ages of 12 and 16 with levels ranging from A1.1 to B2.2.
