I met Vanessa when I was living in Graz. At the time, she was volunteering with Amnesty International, and I also joined the organization shortly after. From the beginning, Vanessa stood out as someone exceptionally dedicated, resourceful, and capable.

Whether it was organizing events, coordinating with team members, or communicating complex human rights issues to the public, she always approached every task with professionalism and clarity. She’s someone who doesn’t just get things done—she gets them done thoughtfully and effectively.

Besides her organizational skills, Vanessa is a person of great empathy.
She listens carefully, takes the time to understand different perspectives, and treats everyone with respect and kindness. In group work, she always made sure no one was left out or overlooked.

Her ability to balance empathy with practical action is something I’ve always admired. She doesn’t just talk about values—she lives them, and that made a real difference in the work we did together.

I’m truly grateful I had the chance to work with her, and I have no doubt she will bring the same care, focus, and integrity to any team or project she’s part of.
