Über Lauréline
I am a multilingual teacher with international experience and a strong passion for dynamic, personalized language education. My lessons combine linguistic accuracy with a creative and intuitive approach – always with the goal of building confidence and authentic expression. My teaching journey began during my school years, when I participated in a pedagogical and tutoring program that gave me responsibility for younger students. Later, I spent several years working in a professional presentation masterclass for companies, gaining valuable experience in communication, didactics, and public speaking. A formative year in Japan, for which I was diplomatically and psychologically prepared through the Rotary Club, greatly shaped my path – intercultural sensitivity, precise language use, and empathetic presence have been central to my work ever since. In addition to language lessons, I also offer support in presentation skills, diplomatic communication, international exchange, project work, and intercultural management – depending on the needs of my students. I particularly enjoy working with films, series, or books, which we analyze, summarize, and use to train listening and reading comprehension. In this way, language becomes something that is not only learned, but fully experienced.

As a multilingual teacher with an international background, I design my German lessons to be lively, practical, and highly personalized. My priority is to help students truly feel the language – with curiosity, joy, and a clear structure tailored to their individual goals. We work on books, movies, or tv-shows, that the student watches or reads independently. We use this material as a foundation for summaries, conversations, listening comprehension, and spontaneous speaking – an effective and engaging way to truly internalize the language. I create my own teaching materials, which I adapt flexibly to each student’s level and interests. If desired, I also work with official exam formats or school materials and provide targeted support with homework, grammar, or test preparation. At the end of each session, I usually suggest specific exercises or focus areas for independent practice. My lessons are for teenagers (from intermediate level), university students, and adults who want to learn, improve, or confidently apply German – whether for daily life, studies, work, or settling in Germany. I teach online and in Karlsruhe – with structure, empathy, and strong intercultural awareness.
