I recently moved from Australia and now I am expanding my coaching services to Austria. I currently coach people in Australia, Austria and Chile. Yes, I also speak Spanish. I love working with people that are serious about creating significant life changes that are mental, physical and emotional. I enjoy digging deeper than just muscles. I have over 5 years of experience working with chronic conditions, anxiety and depression. I am a trauma aware coach who strongly believes that the body is constantly communicating with us. Training with me will be like nothing you have experience before, to me you are perfect already and this is about letting that light shine brighter by increasing your confidence while you get stronger.

Get stronger and fitter from the comfort of your home or your local gym with the guidance of a certified and experienced coach in Strength and Conditioning. My modality includes an overview of your nutrition and menstrual cycle to support your training according to your needs. You will get access to my App where you can easily follow the training program. I provide a review of posture, if needed, via video reviews and ensure a progressive overload on your training so you can minimise injuries. You can do 6 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks program. I have over 5 years of experienced working with people affected by Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PCOS, ADHD, ASD Anxiety and depression.
