Über OperaOmnia
I am a native Italian born in 1966, a pacifist conscientious objector with international experience.
If you are curious about my experience in Africa—for example, in Mogadishu, where I saw people continue eating even as bullets struck the wall at close range...
On the walls of the shops, the names of the goods weren't written; instead, there were drawings—for instance, cows, steaks, or farming equipment—because after twenty-six years of civil war, less than 1% of the population knew how to read, as they were the only ones who had attended school.
The experience of my wife and her sister in the Philippines is also interesting—especially the project to bring water to rural areas, funded by the famous actor Matt Damon.
If you’re a Beatles fan, you should know that I have a dedication from Ringo Starr—a stroke of luck, because my father’s cousin worked as a waiter in London at the place where Ringo used to eat.

Greetings from a native Italian speaker with excellent English proficiency, offering advanced conversation practice and personalized online Italian lessons—including options tailored to legal, technical, scientific, or artificial intelligence fields. I teach online, and for now—since I am a new face on the German market—I am charging only €9 per hour; this price will remain in effect for all new students until the end of 2027. The first half-hour lesson is free; it serves as a chance to get to know each other, see if we click, and—as usually happens—reach an agreement that satisfies both parties regarding scheduling, content, and any personalized extras.
I write poetry and run a Facebook group with 62,000 members dedicated to those in Italy who taught critical thinking and the power of the word in schools to spread peace and empower the poor people.
