I am a PhD candidate in Biomedicine, with a Master’s degree in Biology from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Biomedicine from University College London. I teach biology to students from secondary school to university level, offering a clear and engaging approach that connects theory to real-life applications. With a background in biological studies and hands-on experimental experience, I explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand and memorable. My lessons typically begin with a brief overview of the topic, followed by a detailed explanation of key ideas, and then further exploration of any areas the student finds particularly interesting. I also incorporate practice through questions, past papers, or diagrams, and finish each session with a summary and time for questions. Having achieved a 7 in IB Higher Level Biology and continued to excel in the field, I am especially well-suited to support IB students with both content and exam strategies. I am adaptable, patient, and committed to helping students think critically rather than simply memorise, and I can teach in either English or Spanish depending on their needs.
