Ich bin zu Sascha gekommen, da ich nach einem kompetenten Pilates-Personal-Trainer gesucht habe, der mir hilft meine gesamte Muskulatur aufzubauen und zu stärken! Den habe ich ihn ihm nun auch gefunden! Das Training gefällt mir sehr gut und ich spürte schon nach dem ersten Termin eine Verbesserung . Sascha ist super freundlich und hat einen guten Blick dafür, welche Übungen (für mich) die besten sind. Auch meine Rückenschmerzen sind um vieles besser geworden. Kann ihn sehr weiterempfehlen!
