Über Dilara
I'm a Erasmus student now in Stuttgart studying architecture. I had been swimming and training since I was 9 and I quit on age 17. I recently tought small courses for ages between 8-17. I am still interested in sports, although I go to pool from time to time, now I got myself more in nature-related sports, like hiking and rock climbing.

I could write training programs according to your level to swim in a conscious way and teach every technique from the start to get you a good technique. I would also pleased to help with turns. Furthermore, I believe before/after exercises are very important for swimming, so you could have your body ready for swimming and avoid hurting yourself.
