I think that everything you wanna learn has to be learnt with passion and that’s what I try to give to students when I teach! :)
I work both online both in presence for Students who live in Sankt Moritz.
For the yoga; I believe in adapting each practice to the needs of the students. I always incorporate breath control (Pranayama) into the practice, helping students connect their breath with movement.
For languages; it depends on each different need :)

I have 10 years of teaching experience, working with both adults and school students, and I've taught all around the world. I teach both in presence both online.
For teaching modern languages like English, French, and Spanish, I believe in the communicative approach. For teaching yoga, I take an experiential and holistic approach. I believe in adapting each practice to the needs of the students.
When teaching classical languages like Latin and Greek, I follow a more grammar-translation method but always with a focus on understanding the cultural and historical context of the texts.
