Über Youmin
I'm Youmin from Seoul, South Korea.
Age of 19, to discover more than just my hometown, now I'm based in Berlin.
My journey through yoga has begun in the age of 17 with meditation. Growing in a buddhist background that has always drawn me to the deeper philosophical aspects of yoga. This spiritual foundation, combined with my studies in Herbal Medicine, TCM allows me to offer a holistic approach to wellness.
Through every pose and breath, you will find a connection between body and mind, even in subtle ways.

My goal- Individually guide in a deep connection between mind and body.
This class is designed for beginners and those new to yoga.
My students are mostly between age 50-70 years old.
I help them with meditation, breathing and of course movements.
It provides a step-by-step introduction to the flow, focusing on stretching and building small muscles.
