My journey into the world of yoga began with a desire for inner peace and personal growth. I was looking for a way to escape the pressures of everyday life and find balance within myself. Through yoga, I discovered not only physical well-being but also a deeper connection to my inner self. Each pose and every breath has helped me better understand my needs and develop a more positive outlook on life.

Experience yoga in Zurich through my classes, where wellness and mindfulness come together in a unique experience. Each session is an opportunity to connect your body and mind through techniques that encourage both engagement and interaction. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I guide you to explore your potential and deepen your practice.
Classes include a warm-up, a main practice with asanas and breathing techniques, and conclude with Yoga Nidra or a guided meditation. My goal is to help you discover your own inner peace and balance. Contact me to start this wellness journey together!
