Über Mikayla
Hello! I am a Yoga Alliance-certified Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher who recently completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Gayatri School of Yoga in Tenerife. Originally from Portland, Oregon in the United States, I moved to beautiful Munich in 2019 and now call the city a second home. I have been practicing yoga for around five years now and I continue to find new reasons to love the practice, especially the bond it builds between the body and mind.
