Über Kristina
Sport, languages, and functional health education are my life's ultimate passion. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in English Philology at the university, which ensures that all our communication and training sessions will be clear, professional, and fluent.
As a professional track and field athlete specializing in the 200m and 400m sprint events, I have dedicated years to mastering body mechanics, discipline, and peak physical conditioning. Competing at the highest international levels, including the World and European Championships, has given me an elite-level understanding of sports science.
For over 4 years, I have translated this high-level athletic experience into an international coaching practice. I am a certified fitness nutritionist and personal trainer, which allows me to combine my athletic background with professional nutrition science. I don't just give you a generic workout list; I deliver high-end, personalized coaching to guide you step-by-step toward a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of yourself while ensuring you actually enjoy the process!

Hi! My name is Kristina. First, a fun fact about me: I am an active professional athlete, a current member of the National Team of Ukraine, and a World and European Championships competitor!
Now, regarding my coaching profession: I have extensive experience working with clients and athletes from Ireland, the USA, France, Germany, Australia, and Georgia. Since I am deeply involved in professional sports myself, I truly understand how crucial health, real results, and actually enjoying your workouts are. I would be absolutely thrilled to collaborate with you!
I perfectly adapt professional sports techniques and nutrition science to your everyday fitness goals, lifestyle, and individual level. My training programs are highly versatile and tailored for both men and women:
• For Women: We will focus heavily on the popular German 'Bauch-Beine-Po' (Abs-Legs-Glutes) routine, using specific and safe techniques to lift the glutes, flatten the belly, and tone the whole body without adding unwanted bulk.
• For Men & Strength Seekers: We will focus on 'Krafttraining' (Strength Training) and 'Muskelaufbau' (Muscle Building) to build a powerful physique, improve functional strength, and increase lean muscle mass.
• Functional Fitness: We incorporate elements of Cross Training and Calisthenics to boost your endurance, core stability, and overall body control.
Every session is designed to combine elite sports science with practical nutrition to build a solid physical foundation, prevent injuries, and deliver sustainable, year-round results! All lessons and communication are conducted exclusively in English.як
