Über Charlotte
I obtained a degree and two master degrees from a prestigious UK university. I have a decade of experience in tutoring and teaching students of all levels, from beginner to advanced and higher education. I am inspired to teach English as a second language as I have been travelling the world for 18 months and communicate with people from all over the world. This has helped me understand the most useful ways to learn a second language, whilst also learning rhe importance of English on a global

Interactive classes, refine your accent and improve pronunciation. Improve your writing skills. Focusing on unique and difficult sounds and grammar in English is key to effective communication, and ensuring those you speak with understand you clearly.
Classes will always begin with relaxation and stress release exercises such as guided meditation and progressive muscle relaxation exercises, with the aim of removing tension from the body, the neck and vocal chords. This alone has proven to increase confidence when speaking in one’s second language.
Correct pronunciation of specific sounds in words is key to good communication and ensuring those you speak with understand you. Therefore classes will always include speech exercises that will enable students to articulate crearly, without any unintended distortion or sounds. Exercises to improve modulation which is the ability to vary pitch, strength and pitch of the voice in order to convey meaning, so students develop as a dynamic and interesting speaker.
With live classes I can uniquely tailor your session to exactly where you are in your language development and give you live feedback on the aspects of English that you are weakest at. That might be higher education essay writing, communication in business or everyday language skills.
