As a teacher of English, my approach is multifaceted and tailored to meet the diverse needs of my students. Here's how I typically proceed:

Assessment: I start by assessing the proficiency level of each student in the various language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. This helps me understand their strengths and areas for improvement.

Setting Objectives: Based on the assessment, I set clear and achievable learning objectives for each student or class. These objectives are aligned with their proficiency level and learning goals.

Curriculum Development: I design or select appropriate curriculum materials and resources that are engaging, relevant, and aligned with the learning objectives. This could include textbooks, online resources, authentic materials like articles or videos, and interactive activities.
