In the past few years, I have been trained by an online coach as well, which led me to the success I am enjoying right now.
Training in a team often has the disadvantage, that the coach is not paying enough attention to your personal needs, such as a more personalized workout or your swimming technique.
With me you will have someone who is willing to do huge work for you and to pay attention on every single detail of your training journey.
So, personalized online coaching is the way to go, if you want to achieve your goals regarding swimming.

200m Fly: 2:06.75 (LCM) and 2:04.08 (SCM)
100m Fly: 00:56.35 (LCM) and 00:55.93 (SCM)
50m Fly: 00:25.55 (LCM) and 00:25.30 (SCM)

As you can see, I am a well rounded swimmer.

Hi, I am Benjamin and I am a German Youth National Championships medalist.
My passion has always been swimming and I would love to share it with you.
In hour lessons we will discuss you level and goals of swimming and build a training plan for you.
We will work on your muscle strength, on your endurance, but also on your mindset and how to prepare perfectly for competitions.
We will meet daily or weekly to discuss how your training is going and what can be improved (whether it is your technique or the training plans)
I will send you the training plans, so all you have to do is following them and train.
Furthermore, you will film yourself swimming and I will give you helpful tips on how to swim more effectively and faster.
No matter how good you are, no matter if you swim to become a national champ or to have fun, I am here to provide you with the material you need to achieve your goals regarding swimming.
