Über Nerijus
Hi, my name is Nerijus and my life’s mission is to spread holistic health and empower people!
Currently, I teach movement, strength and lifestyle practices to private, group and online students.
I grew up in Lithuania, lived the majority of my adult life in NYC, and after a couple of years of travel, I recently moved to Berlin, Germany.
I am interested in working with students who are consistent and highly motivated regardless of their goals, age or their abilities. Looking forward to meeting you!

I am continuously studying movement modalities and use them as inspiration for my style of training. Currently, I integrate mobility, strength and skill building using principals from martial arts, dance, acrobatics, natural movement, gymnastics, parkour, yoga, calisthenics and traditional strength training disciplines.
Also, I teach holistic lifestyle and nutrition practices.
