Über Luisa
My name is Luísa and I am a brazilian currently living in Düsseldorf. I dance since I was 5 years old and for the last 3 years I am in the professional field. My big passions are neoclassical and contemporary dance.
Alongside with dance I can't live without my working out routine that helps keeping my body protected from the injuries dancing may cause.
Looking forward to give you a class and keep moving!

Bering in the dance field since very young provided a lot of experience with working out and staying fit! In my classes I give pilates based strengthening exercises combined with stretching breaks. I try to keep a balance and focus on all body parts but I can also have personalised needs according to the client. Besides also focusing a lot on the breathing and most important , focusing on feeling good!
