I have always loved research and the exploration of the psyche. Yoga has become an essential tool for me to clearly observe myself, understanding that I am much more than what is contained within the limits of the ego. The body takes on a poetic role in yogic movements, and thus one meditates on the profound meaning of creativity and the symbolic power we all possess. This is a path that opens to Love. Teaching Yoga is a mission for me; I transmit with great respect whatever facilitates my progress along the path.
