Über Anindya
As an Indonesian who has lived abroad a few times (I have lived in four different countries), Indonesian food has always been my comfort space. People always love it when I serve them Indonesian food. Surprisingly, many people I met are still not familiar with it, especially in Germany. As many traditional Indonesian ingredients are not available in Europe -eg. galangal, Indonesian bay leaf, belimbing wuluh, devil chilis, etc- I can provide you with alternative ingredients and I can guarantee you the dish will still taste amazing. I'm still a broke student, so I can't afford to open a restaurant yet. However, I would love to share my culture through food with you. I'm also obsessed with making Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thailand, and other Asian cuisines as well. I love to explore flavors. So, my goal is also to make as many recipes from countries all over the world. (ง •̀_•́)ง

Beginners are welcomed to try this class! You choose a recipe or I will suggest you a recipe to make based on your likings, availability of your ingredients, cooking utensils, and time. I will guide you prior to the live cooking session about the required utensils and ingredients, how to get them, including alternative ingredients/utensils, and how to prepare them. On the D-day, I will see you through the camera and give you step-by-step guidance on what to do.
