Über Joan
Hello, my name is Joan. I am originally from Spain but have lived in New York, Dresden, Karlsruhe and now Düsseldorf. My love for dancing and a professional career in Ballet has taken me around and also allowed me to deepen my studies in Yoga and Bodywork.
I am a RYT- 500 through the Yoga Alliance as well as a certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and Reiki Usui and Karuna-Prakriti Master. Besides, I have a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and have trained in Podal and Manual Reflexology. Recently I am also getting deeper into the study of Yogic Scripture, and Sanskrit.
