I'm an E-RYT 500 certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. Since 2014, I have been teaching private yoga sessions, guiding students from all walks of life in New York, Los Angeles, and India. I specialize in analyzing each student's body and providing focused structural alignment and correction. With my medical background, I ensure that every practice is safe, precise, and tailored to your individual needs.
