I am a dedicated, top-performing high school student in Munich with a deep passion for STEM subjects and a proven track record of high-level achievement. Having scored a 1560 SAT, won over six national and international awards in prestigious mathematics competitions, I thrive on making complex logic accessible and engaging. My dedication to science extends beyond the classroom; I am currently involved in university-level research in the biological sciences, which gives me a deep, practical understanding of how classroom concepts are applied to real-world data.
In my own academic record, I consistently achieve perfect grades of 7 (the highest possible grade) in Higher Level Mathematics (Analysis & Approaches), Chemistry, and Biology. My approach is based on active learning and conceptual clarity rather than passive listening. I use an interactive digital whiteboard during our online sessions to ensure students are drawing diagrams, balancing chemical equations, and writing out mathematical steps with me. I break down advanced scientific and mathematical concepts into simple, fundamental building blocks. Instead of forcing students to memorize formulas, I teach them the underlying logic so they can confidently tackle unfamiliar problem variations on their own.
Each 60-minute session is highly structured and tailored to the student to maximize efficiency:
First 5–10 minutes: A quick recap warm-up that reviews the core concepts from our previous lesson or identifies any bottlenecks in school homework.
Next 35 minutes: Focused immersion in the new topic, using step-by-step visual breakdowns, real-world examples, and collaborative problem-solving.
Last 15 minutes: Independent practice where the student takes the lead on an exam-style question while I provide real-time feedback, followed by a brief summary.
