I am Milana and im doing yoga since almost 6 years. Through struggeling a lot in life with myself and also healthy i want to invite everyone who is open for it to find your owon power through yoga and a healthy mindset. I know its not always easy to change but your are worth it! The only thing god gave us was time, so lets not waste it. Lets open up together and use the yoga as a beautiful tool.
