Über Jordi
Hi, I’m Jordi, an English communication tutor from the Barcelona area. I completed the International Baccalaureate in English and currently teach adults online.
My own life is multilingual: Spanish and Catalan are my native languages, and I am also learning Italian, Portuguese and Russian. That gives me a practical learner’s perspective as well as strong English communication and pronunciation skills.
I enjoy helping adults make the shift from knowing English in their head to using it confidently in real conversations. My approach is relaxed but focused: clear goals, honest feedback and language that you can use immediately.

These are practical English communication lessons for B1+ adults who understand English but want to speak clearly and confidently in meetings, presentations, interviews and international conversations.
We begin with the situations where you hesitate or lose your words. Each lesson combines guided speaking, realistic role-plays, useful phrases, pronunciation work—including stress, rhythm and connected speech—and direct feedback. You will practise explaining ideas, asking good questions, handling misunderstandings and sounding more natural, rather than simply completing grammar exercises.
The work is adapted to your real professional or personal goal. You will leave each lesson with a short recap and focused practice, so progress is visible week by week.
