Über Lisette
Lisette van der Valk, originally from Holland, She lived for many years in Switzerland. After 12 amazing years of adventures and self discovery, she felt her intuition, telling her a new chapter was on the horizon. In the summer of 2018 she followed her heart and moved or a new adventure to Portugal.
Her beloved yoga journey goes back to 2007.
She was drawn to yoga initially for physical strength and after some vague complaints.
Little did she know, that this was only the beginning of her new path. Soon she noticing benefits not only physically but mentally and spiritually. Yoga became her daily practice and
a passion that would change her whole life.
Her classes incorporate principles from Hatha and Yin yoga, with the focus on linking breath to movement to find “the” stillness “the” space within.
She will guide you through a meditative conscious yoga class by taking time to listen to the physical and emotional body.
She will share her tools to help innerstand and reconnect with the authentic self.
To her yoga is an individual life-changing journey of continual learning and change. It is the courage to hold everything in LOVE.
She studied with many amazing, inspiring teachers all over the world, but her students are the once’s, who continue likewise teach and inspire her every day.
