Über Anna
I’m originally from Prague, I’m 27 years old, and I moved to Innsbruck for the mountains and my love of outdoor sports.
I’d like to continue my journey as a yoga teacher here. In 2023, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training and started teaching at a studio in Prague. After that, I lived in Germany for two years, where I took a break from teaching. Now I’m excited to return to it – yoga brings me joy, and I’d love to share that joy with others.
For me, yoga is not just about movement on the mat, but a way of connecting with yourself and with others.
