Über Ajit
I am a biomedical engineer by profession. I practice meditation and pranayam ( Yogic breathing techniques) since my childhood. I was born in India in a household where yoga was a daily practice so I imbibed it at early age. For me its about feeling better and doing it for betterment of mind and body not as a chore or duty.

I am a biomedical engineer who practice meditation since I was child. I combine medical science and yogic practice of meditation. The results are amazing and have been practiced by many.
