Über Gisela
I did a teacher training in Yoga Vinyasa in Argentina. I have now practiced Yoga for more than 10 years, and I have experience in teaching the first primary series of Ashtanga, as well as yoga for recovery after brain damage. I love doing Yoga, it is what connects me with my true purpose and I would like to transmit the calmness and peace that you can have as a normal state of mind through the Yoga classes.

Classes are asana-centered. We could do two types of Yoga Class, namely traditional Yoga Vinyasa or, if you prefer a more challenging practice, I can guide you to the Ashtanga Primary Series. In either case, classes will be guided, with asanas examples, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. Yoga is not just doing postures, but also a mental training that supports your entire well-being.
