Über Angela
I'm a freelance yoga teacher and physical theatre artist. I come from Italy and I have lived in Berlin since 2017.
As a yoga teacher I have years of experience working for various studios in Berlin and online, both group and individual classes.
I got my Yoga Alliance Certificate in Hatha Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga in India. Then I continued my education with training in Yin Yoga, Teaching Safely Online, Jivamukti Style Yoga, Mat Pilates, Shuksma Vyayam prana practice.

My classes are eclectic: I enjoy either working energetically through flowing sequences, finding balance and alignment in stillness, opening spaces with Pranayama techniques, and creating focus with meditation. Sometimes I also fuse techniques from other disciplines like somatic movement, Pilates, Fitness or dance.
For individual classes it is very important to draw a complete profile of the client to build suitable, targeted and improvement-oriented classes.
As per styles, I teach Ashtanga Flow, Hatha Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa to Yin or Yang Yin, Gentle flows and Chair Yoga.
