Passionate about guiding you through the amazing self knowledge journey through yoga.
I have 3 years of experience teaching private lessons either in person and online. Certified 500hr in Hatha and 200h in Ashtanga in India. Constantly learning from Sri Dharma Mittra in NY.
I am also certified in Mindfulness, Non Violent Communication, Life Coaching and Thai Yoga massage therapy.
Important note: the more mindful you are in yoga practice the happier you will feel and your body will become fit! :)
