I am a certified yoga teacher and a meditation practitioner. I work with people with ranging experience including complete beginners. I focus on full tailoring of the yoga practice according to the individual's needs to that they can benefit as much as possible. Ich verstehe Deutsch recht gut, aber ich kann leider nicht auf Deutsch unterrichten.

I teach based on the objectives and needs of the particular student. A class is typically 75 minutes and includes relaxation, working with the breath, movement and meditation. The classes are structured so that they lead to more and more independence of the student and ability to build one's own practice.
