5 years i have done Qigong with a Master only when the body and mind are relaxed can soemthing happen people think that if one goes for vacation or if they have more money or a biger House they will be in peace or relaxed but it is not true it can happens the contrary now you have everything e better job, big salary, big House a new Car but you are the same your worries your fears are still there wating for the possibility to come up. Why this happens? Because we have never asked who am i, how this mechanisem works, we have never asked, doubed. We are all day in tesnsions worring about and about wanting only i, and i . Qigong make your energy centered and this happens only when you bring awarness in the body then the mind follow.

Meditation does the contrary, Meditation is a short cut it is an direkt way but both have the same goal. Qigong uses the energy to bring you more and more near to the Univers cause the Univers is energy every molekule everything that you see is energy it moves, the Birds the Atom the Water they move, Qigong say dont bother to bring the Body in the right place or neather the Mind, bring the energy on the right place and you will see.
